Due to the custom-made and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing preferences, incorrect customer selections, or other non-defective reasons.

Please carefully review your order details, including sizes, colors, spelling, personalization, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Defective Items

Beaute Noir Creations takes pride in the quality of our products. Orders are inspected before shipment.

If you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error made by Beaute Noir Creations or has a production defect, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or refund.

Items Damaged During Shipping

All orders are inspected and carefully packaged before shipment.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Beaute Noir Creations promptly and provide your order number, photographs of the damaged item, and photographs of the original packaging.

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging materials until the claims process is complete.

Shipping damage claims will be handled through the applicable carrier, shipping-label provider, or insurance provider. Customers may be directed to initiate a claim with the carrier. When the claim must be submitted by the shipper, Beaute Noir Creations will assist with that process.

Shipping damage does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Each situation will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because products are made to order, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. Requests will be reviewed based on the order's production status.
