Shipping Destinations

Beaute Noir Creations currently ships to eligible residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or direct shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Customers who wish to forward their purchases to another destination may make their own arrangements after receiving their orders.

Production and Processing

Our standard production timeframe is 5–7 business days after payment is received. Because many of our products are custom-made, some orders may require additional production time. Any longer timeframe will be communicated when applicable.

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options through available carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package details, and selected shipping service. A handling fee may be included in the displayed shipping rate.

Expedited shipping speeds up carrier delivery only. It does not shorten our production or processing timeframe.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Shipments

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Beaute Noir Creations. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a significant delay, please contact us so we can help review the situation and assist with the appropriate carrier claim or next steps.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
